This is a super simple meal!
1 lb. ground beef
1 can (10-3/4 oz) condensed cheddar cheese soup
1/2 c. Thick and chunky salsa or picante sauce
8 flour tortillas (8-inch)
2 c. Shredded lettuce
In medium skillet over medium-high heat, cook beef until browned, stirring to separate meat. Drain.
Add the soup and salsa. Reduce heat to low and heat through.
I makes Spanish Rice to go along with these tacos. And YES, I cheat at it!! One bag is the right amount for my husband and I.
Spoon about 1/3 cup meat mixture down center of each tortilla. Top with lettuce. Fold tortilla around filling. Serve with additional salsa.
I served a fresh or canned fruit with it. The strawberries made this plate so colorful and inviting. IT WAS A DELICIOUS MEAL!
