1 LB. ground beef                                    3/4 c. water

1/2 onion                                                  3 c. rotini pasta

1 clove garlic                                           2 c. mozzarella cheese

1 tsp. Italian seasoning                        36 pepperoni slices

1 (14 oz.) pizza sauce


***Preheat oven to 350***

Cook the pasta according to package directions.  Cook the beef with onion, garlic and Italian seasoning. Drain. Add pizza sauce and water. Stir. Add pasta, 1-1/2 cups of mozzarella cheese and 20 pepperoni slices cut in half. Stir well.  Spray a 9X13 inch baking dish with cooking spray. Pour in pasta mixture.  Sprinkle with remaining cheese.  Top with pepperoni slices. Cover with foil. Bake for 20 minutes.  Remove foil and bake for 5-10 minutes longer.  Serve with salad and garlic toast.

I made it with pork sausage. My husband and I really enjoyed the flavor this meal has to offer.
