Oatmeal Scotchies

1 1/4 c. all-purpose flour

1 tsp. baking soda

1/2 tsp. salt

1/2 tsp. cinnamon

1 c. butter, softened

3/4 c. sugar

3/4 c. brown sugar, packed

2 large eggs

1 tsp. vanilla

3 c. quick-cooking oats

1 2/3 c. (11 oz.) Butterscotch Morsels

***Preheat oven to 375***

imageCombine flour, baking soda, salt and cinnamon in a bowl.

imageBeat butter, sugars, eggs and vanilla in large mixer bowl.

imageStir in oats and morsels.

imageDrop onto ungreased baking sheets. Bake for 7 to 8 minutes. Cool on baking sheet for 2 minutes; remove to wire racks to cool completely.
