Crunchy Baked Chimichangas

1-1/2 c. Cooked ground beef

1/2 c. Salsa

1 c. Cheddar cheese

2 green onions

1 tsp. Ground cumin

1 tsp. Garlic powder

1 tsp. Onion powder

1 tsp. Salt

1/2 tsp. Pepper

1/2 tsp. Oregano

Flour tortillas

2 Tbsp. Butter, melted

***Preheat oven to 400***

Combine ground beef, salsa, and spices. Divide mixture in tortillas. Fold up; place seam down on baking sheet. Brush with butter.  Bake until golden brown, about 25 minutes.  Garnish with cheese and green onions. 
( Can substitute cooked chicken for ground beef)

Serves 4 to 6

My husband and I enjoyed these.  Very delicious!  I will have to double the recipe next time!
