Creamy Summer Vegetable Salad 

  4 Tomatoes 

3 Cucumbers, seeded 

1 Medium Onion 

10 Radishes, sliced 

2 c. Sour Cream 

1/4 c. Lemon Juice 

1 tsp. Seasoned salt 

1/2 tsp. pepper

Combine the vegetables. In another bowl, combine remaining ingredients. Add to vegetables and toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours. Serve with a slotted spoon. 

  I made this salad yesterday for our family get together. We all liked it, which was a good thing since I have never tried it until then!  I did feel that it was missing something though.  Next time I will add more seasoned salt or maybe another spice. Just not sure what the other spice might be!
