Black Bean Nacho Bake

1 (7 oz.) small pasta shells, cooked

1 (15 oz.) can black beans, rinsed and drained

1 (11 oz.) nacho cheese soup, undiluted

1/3 c. milk

1/2 c. crushed tortilla chips

1/2 c. cheddar cheese

***Preheat oven to 350***

Combine the pasta and beans. Combine the soup and milk; stir in the pasta mixture. Transfer to a greases 8 inch square baking dish.  Cover and bake for 25 minutes. uncover, sprinkle with tortilla chips and cheese. Bake for 5-10 minutes longer until cheese is melted.

I made a few adjustments to this recipe.

1. I added 1 lb. of hamburger.  My husband has to have meat in everything!

2. I used Campbell’s Fiesta Nacho Cheese Soup.

3. I added a tad bit more milk since I added the meat.

This is a very good meal!
